Being Resilient in the Midst of Change

Why can change sometimes seem easy and then sometimes seem so hard? How is it that we can even understand why something needs to change and yet we still resist it? This can be the cause of much stress and upset. How can we overcome this resistance, when it is there, to feel more resilient in the face of change? And then how can we deal with the constancy of change while maintaining our resilience?
In this session Leanne & Michelle will explore and answer these questions, passing on practical strategies and techniques for adapting through change.

Integrative Fitness for Success by Pablo Steinman
Are you fit enough to live the lifestyle you want? And what does “being fit” mean anyway?
Is fitness related with being sportive, having the right body and looking good…or is it something else?

In this session we will explore an integrative approach to fitness (with body, mind and emotions), and how you can incorporate this into your everyday life to help overcome whatever challenges arise in your day and in your life - to set you up for success.

Pablo is an Integrative Fitness Coach with training in education, fitness training and Ontological Coaching (leadership and Ontological design).
With over a decade of international experience he uses a holistic approach that considers many elements that influence people's performance.
