Come and try our 6 week BlastHT where we guarantee results in just 3 sessions a week. With a variety of indoor and outdoor exercises for your mind and body, you’ll get awesome results - without the army sergeants!

What is BlastHT?
Designed for those who are looking for a new way to get their health and fitness back on track, BlastHT training will help you get the results you are after.

Unlike fitness ‘Bootcamps’ the BlastHT creates a positive environment with a challenging range of results-driven exercises and actvities that break the repetition of normal gym training.

The Program: YMCA Auckland City runs for 4 sessions a week, over a 6 week period. For the best
results, participants are encouraged to attend 3 sessions per week.

Activities: A range of activities including circuit training, boxing, endurance running, and our signature high intensity intervals.
Location: Activites will be held at YMCA Auckland City
Participants: Each BlastHT group will be made up of 10-20 participants.

All participants will receive a YMCA water bottle and towel
