Run by Movement Trainer Stephanie Challis, this bodyweight bootcamp will help you to become stronger and fitter. Each week is a new workout so you will never do the same thing twice!

Everyone is welcome, all ages, shapes and sizes. It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is as we tailor it to suit you. Adjustments can always be made for any injuries that you may have.

Cost is only $7 for a casual session or $25 for a 5 trip - first session is free
