Come along to see some of the best footballers in the Waikato/Bay of Plenty as Cambridge take on their rivals to win the 2015 WaiBOP Premiership.

Cambridge are pushing hard to win this season's title after finishing runners-up in 2014, and have built a squad capable of returning to the Northern League.

The team plays at John Kerkhof Park, which is the summer home of ASB Premiership side WaiBOP United, and supporters of any team receive a warm welcome as they get close to the action at this pleasant country football ground.

This year's WaiBOP Premiership is a battle between four Waikato sides (Cambridge, Matamata, Waikato Unicol and Melville United) and eight teams from the Bay (Tauranga City United, Rotorua United, Katikati, Otumoetai, Tauranga Boys College, Ngongotaha, Papamoa and Tauranga Old Blues).

Going into the new season, Cambridge were the holders of the WaiBOP Challenge Shield which goes on the line in every home game and spends the summer with whichever team holds it at the end of the regular league programme.

Cambridge's Premiership team is sponsored by Jet Creative, and Carters Cambridge sponsor the Player of the Match award.
