Learn the basics from fresh cheeses to hard cheese. Learn the terminology of cheese-making and safety and hygiene associated with making cheese from live cultures.

The Basic's - Fresh Cheese, Farm House, Halumi, Camembert, Feta etc

At the completion of your course, the Tutor will provide you with a kit of live cultures to begin your cheese making, using the equipment that you already have at home .

Cost $88 Limited Class Size Registrations close 18 March at 1 pm. We require at least 9 people to enrol in this course, and have a max of 12.
