This Valentine’s day grab a picnic blanket and treat the ones you love to artisan foods, boutique wines and international music makers.
The Clevedon Jazz Wine and Food Festival - the best of country produce blended with some of the top jazz in the land live in concert: Nathan Haines & Band, Rodger Fox & Erna Ferry with Spiral. For lovers of soul/funk, the Hipstamatics; and for big-band rich tones, the Auckland Jazz Orchestra. For the young at heart, free Bouncy Castles and face painting.
Tickets $35 per person include three complementary wine tastings, souvenir wine glass and free programme, or for those not partaking of alcoholic beverages, swap out the glass and tastings for complimentary food/beverage vouchers with the driver package. You'll need some Jazz Money to purchase food and drinks, so save time and get it online.
Where? The Fisher Field of the Auckland Polo Club, Clevedon (35 mins from Auckland’s CBD).
