Summary of the presentation Colour Therapy, by Eliecer Reverol

I use the term Colour Therapy to remind you that our nature has created this element for our system’s balance. Each day we use colour as therapy but in an unconscious way… without knowing if this benefits us or not.

This presentation of Colour Therapy will make you more aware of the meaning of Colour and how it affects you.
Our visual sense provides us with the first interaction with our surrounding world, but how does the mind process all the elements of form and colour that we observe? In reality we can be conscious of our visual sense and create information filters.
The social system has given it different meanings and manipulates the unconscious with visual codes, but at a conscious and unconscious level how can we benefit from colour? Can we return to the origin where colour is born and utilize it as therapy?
The idea is that our mind becomes more aware of the biochemical action of colour to know if this benefits us or not and that we get to know that black is not the same as negative polarity and white is not the same as positive polarity.

William Shakespeare said: “Nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so”.
