We’re excited to have guest Chef and Victoria University Lecturer Dr. Wendy Joyce run three shows demonstrating French cuisine inspired by French Impressionist painters. Recreate dishes straight from the recipe collections of famous painters including Monet, Van Gogh and Cezzane.

In this class we're making Monet's favourite dishes from his recipe journals in Normandy
Savoury: Super creamy eggs with sauteed forest mushrooms
Dessert: Warm apple tart with calvados creme fraiche

Watch Wendy's demonstration of the recipe, then at your own work station create the dish yourself with Wendy's advice. Afterwards relax with a drink and enjoy the meal you've just made, as Wendy talks about Claude Monet's life, paintings and recipes with a slideshow presentation.
