We’re excited to have guest Chef and Victoria University Lecturer Dr. Wendy Joyce run three shows demonstrating French cuisine inspired by French Impressionist painters. Recreate dishes straight from the recipe collections of famous painters including Monet, Van Gogh and Cezzane.

In this class we're making Paul Cezanne's regional dishes from Aix-en-Provence
Savoury: Provencal goats cheese and vegetable tart
Dessert: Almond tuile stacks with cream and fresh berries

Watch Wendy's demonstration of the recipe, then at your own work station create the dish yourself with Wendy's advice. Afterwards relax with a drink and enjoy the meal you've just made, as Wendy talks about Paul Cezanne's life, paintings and recipes with a slideshow presentation.
