We’re excited to have guest Chef and Victoria University Lecturer Dr. Wendy Joyce run three shows demonstrating French cuisine inspired by French Impressionist painters. Recreate dishes straight from the recipe collections of famous painters including Monet, Van Gogh and Cezzane.

In this class we're making Vincent Van Gogh's recipes from Auberge Ravoux hotel where he lived at the end of his life.
Savoury: Roast stuffed lamb loin
Dessert: Chocolate rum truffles

Watch Wendy's demonstration of the recipe, then at your own work station create the dish yourself with Wendy's advice. Afterwards relax with a drink and enjoy the meal you've just made, as Wendy talks about Vincent Van Gogh's life, paintings and recipes with a slideshow presentation.
