- Basic footwork patterns that are used in most dance fitness routines
- Simple body & arm movements

The workshop will drill you in basic movement patterns in a fun and safe way and then put it all together in some simple dance fitness routines

About Alison
Alison is one of Wellington's original Zumba® Fitness Instructors and has been teaching Dance Fitness format for over 6 years. Formerly a Podiatrist & with a degree in Bio-Medical Science, Alison has a good knowledge of Biomechanics (body movement) and has many years experience in the health industry and more recently the fitness industry. Alison also has an extensive dance background including Ballet, Ballroom dancing, Belly dance, Tap dance and various Latin dance styles (Samba, Salsa etc.) and she regularly undertakes dance trainings to continue learning and adding to her dance experience.
