The Demon Energy D1NZ National Drifting Championship continues it's 2015 Nation-Wide Tour with Round 4 at Hampton Downs in the Waikato.

This is Hamilton & Waikato's chance to witness New Zealand's top drifters battle for supremacy at Round 4; the turning point in the Championship before the series heads to the South Island.

Hampton Downs will be one to watch as the drivers step away from the 'Concrete Jungles' and return to the faster race-circuits. The Pro-AM Development series will also be supporting alongside D1NZ RC Drifting, Burnout Demonstrations and Demon Energy's Nic Kroeze from Stunt NZ. The event will also feature trade stands, a kids area, a licensed bar, family area and hard park.

Fans will also be treated to a NZ first where drifters go head to head in a new "Drift-Race" with 10 Top cars racing in a unique format which has become a popular hit in Japan!

Full fields of high-octane drift cars (each pushing between 400-1000+hp) are set to battle for supremacy in the most prestigious drift championship in the Southern Hemisphere. Can the Turbo-Charged teams redeem themselves after the V8's dominated the custom courses in Auckland and Tauranga? Come and support all your favourite drivers including top Kiwi Internationals Gaz Whiter, Shane Van Gisbergen, Fanga Dan, Cole Armstrong, Curt Whittaker & Daynom Templeman as the championship title fight gets into full swing.

Californian born V8 FC driver Andrew Redward currently leads the Championship standings by just 2.5 points ahead of Darren Kelly in his Turbo-Charged R34 Skyline - who will be the next drift king?
