An introductory class run by experienced Mindfulness trainers where you will learn simple, self-managing techniques to increase mental clarity and emotional balance as well as as increase self-awareness and decrease stress, anxiety and worry. An added bonus is daily practice of only 20 minutes of Mindfulness can improve sleep quality. These techniques are easy to do and really work. The evidence -based research is behind the enormous surge of interest in Mindfulness as more and more people realise they don't have to be trapped by the mental clutter that often dominates our every waking hour. Learning to shift your attention away from negative self-talk and going over and over anxious thoughts is freeing.
