EIT offers one of New Zealand’s finest hospitality programmes and it is from here that our bright young culinary stars emerge. For this very special dinner, you become part of that history as the second year chef students create you a ten course French degustation dinner as part of their French research project. Tasked with taking a classic dish from each a specified French region, they will turn it into a modern, contemporary dish using Hawke’s Bay produce. Under the guidance of their Wine Tutor they will select wine matches using Hawkes Bay and French wines to complement the dishes and present them to you at each pour. This is a very special chance to enjoy the finest of food from the “chefs of tomorrow”. Ticket includes ten courses and wine (one wine per two courses).
