The Sileni team are pulling out all the stops for this three course Seafood extravaganza, all sourced fresh as fresh right here in Hawke's Bay.

Not only will all the seafood be sourced fresh and local, it will be washed down with a range of Sileni wines. Semillon will obviously be the star of the day (and rightly so) but the winemaking team will be breaking out their top picks to wow you as you marvel over each course throughout the afternoon.

Orton Tailored Cuisine Head Chef Adrian Hart is pulling out all the stops to wow guests. Highlights include Pacific Ceviche, Tiger Prawns on crispy won-tons, Crayfish with new season Asparagus, Macadamia crusted fish, Paua, Scallops and a delightfully fresh dessert of Scott's Strawberries, Pimms Jelly and Elderflower Cream.

There will be no tricks or gimmicks, just assured quality and class at this vineyard setting lunch.
