Join esteemed local “French baker” Moise Cerson from Ya Bon Bakery for a day of making beautiful handcrafted breads. Moise will share his craft as an artisan baker and demonstrate techniques for making baguette. You’ll be mixing, kneading and shaping all kinds of different breads before sitting down to enjoy lunch which will include soup, salads, home-made spreads and terrine and all washed down with a glass of Hawke’s Bay wine.
