This is not an invite to your Grandmother’s to share a warm tipple off the cocktail cabinet. But it is a chance to experience one of the treasures of the wine world. Sherry is woefully under-appreciated, misunderstood, intriguing and varied, but most of all Sherry is Cool! Tonight you will find out why sherry is rapidly becoming the wine to have with, on and in your best meals. Lustau was named “The World’s Best Fortified Winemaker” by the International Wine Challenge. Here is your chance to find out why we drink sherry cool. Tonight will be a chance to try your way through an extensive range of Lustau sherry. Each wine will be matched to Spanish influenced food and the team of chefs at the Westshore will incorporate the sherry into each dish.
