Hard Hat Harry and the Pearls of Wisdom follows the adventures of a deep-sea diver who has been kidnapped by pirates and made to search for sea creatures and treasure. As he explores the sea floor Harry discovers he can talk to fish, and they talk back! Underwater cameraman Andrew Penniket presents Dunedin's first full screening of this under-sea extravaganza – made not far away, at a secret location in Stewart Island – and afterwards shares other salty tales that will enthral children of all ages.

The South-East Marine Protection Forum/Rōpu Manaaki o te Toka has been appointed by the Ministers of Conservation and Primary Industries to hear your long-term vision for Te Tai o te Araiteuru, the southeastern coast from Timaru to Waipapa Point. Join us for an overview of the Forum, bring your questions and tell us what’s important to you in our marine environment.

Free, film screening at 2pm, public forum at 3pm, Sunday 1 March, Hutton Theatre
