Dunedin's Warehouse Precinct: Revitalisation in a Low Growth Environment
An alternative and complimentary approach to Oamaru

Coming from a background in political studies and community relations, Glen has worked at Dunedin City Council for six years in the heritage and urban design field. Glen has a specific interest in heritage-led revitalisation and community partnerships in shaping the development of distinctive, creative, and economically vibrant places. He has been project managing the implementation of the Warehouse Precinct Revitalisation Plan and is now working on a similar plan for Princes Street. He has also coordinated the city's new approach to heritage which is having positive results for the re-use and upgrade of the city's heritage buildings.
