Free class on Sat 12th Sept 10.15-11.15am. Come along for both free classes: Tai Chi starts at 9am.

There is a 15 minute break before the Qigong class. You can book the Ongoing classes from 19th September. Qigong combines the energy work of Chinese Medicine with physical movements and meditative relaxation. You can start learning these enjoyable, gentle exercises from young age to 90+ :

- boost athletic and intellectual performance

Postures are moving or stationary, both standing and sitting for physical health, balanced emotions and mental clarity.

These exercises have been used for over 2,000 years. Anyone seeking stamina, strong vitality and a sense of well being will benefit from these enormously practical teachings.

Learning Qigong can help you feel, move and work with energy in your body. It is a powerful way to become more fully alive and conscious. Qigong has similar movements than Tai Chi. They are easier to learn. Qigong for Spring: Detoxify the Liver and Gallbladder and kick start the metabolism. Anyone from young adults to +90 are welcome. Bring your friends.
