The Gluten Free Food & Allergy Shows are New Zealand’s only exhibitions dedicated to delivering ideas and solutions for allergy and intolerance issues. They are the perfect opportunity to check out the latest products and try before you buy – visitors can sample a wide range of gluten-free foods, view eco-friendly cleaning products, home wares, natural skincare products, to name but a few as well as take advantage of great show specials. A free seminar series also runs both days, with advice from leading experts. PLUS new to Auckland, the Food Demonstration Room, three demonstrations each day including Neville Green from Gluten Free Made Easy, Neville has tips and tricks for shaping gluten-free bread.
