Hatha Yoga Class
This class is designed based on the traditional Hatha Yoga style. Focusing on the connection between body and mind through the postures (asanas) and breathing. The class has a physical series of asanas that prepare the body and settle the mind for the final meditation. The series includes standing, balancing, forward/backward bending, sitting and inversion postures, all connected in a flowing Vinyasa, where each breath is followed by a posture. Combining these different aspects of yoga; mindfulness, breathing and physical movements, brings noticeable health benefits.
