Now in its 3rd year, Tauranga's He Iwi Kotahi Waitangi Day Whanau Festival is this year's 'must see' event for the whole family.

He Iwi Kotahi - Waitangi Day Whanau Festival - a family friendly way to celebrate our national day in Tauranga Moana. Featuring a full days entertainment - with live, local bands and musicians + all sorts of other live entertainment for the entire family!

Featuring market stalls, food trucks, free bouncy castles, free face painting and competitions - bring an umbrella and the whanau, and kick back and enjoy Waitangi Weekend in the beautiful Mount Maunganui.

A charity and community focused event, people are invited to bring non-perishable food items - which will be donated to Tauranga's Women's Refuge. General admission tickets begin at just $5 for children, $10 for adults and a $20 Whanau Pass (2 x adults, 2 x children)

This year, all funds will go to the Papamoa Surf Lifesaving Club and the Remove the Rena Charitable Trust.
