Nicola McDonald and Diane Matsas from Presbyterian Support Family Works facilitate a workshop to help you discover the best ways to deal with the anxious feelings and behaviour changes experienced by many of our Christchurch children post-quakes.

This is a free workshop, but please book at place at dashtickets - no booking charges for this event.

Nicola is a Child and Family Psychologist at Presbyterian Support Family Works, Christchurch. She works with children and their families in school, home-based, group and individual settings. Her main areas of work include emotion management; parenting support; school-based work; facilitating group programmes and working with Christchurch families who have been being impacted by anxiety and Earthquake-related issues.

Diane Matsas (Masters Counselling) is a Counsellor at Presbyterian Support Family Works, Christchurch. She has a background in Occupational Therapy, working in mental health, and a long history of working with families. Currently her main area of work involves facilitating parenting programmes and counselling work with children and their families, many of whom have been impacted by Earthquake issues.
