Highlands Festival of Speed Connected by ENZED

A mighty trans-Tasman battle is set to take place at Highlands Motorsport Park, when the hugely popular ENZED Central Muscle Cars take on the stars of the Australian Touring Car masters for the first time ever on NZ soil, at the ENZED Highlands Festival of Speed 2015.

From the 30th January – 1st February brace yourselves for three days of some of the most spectacular classic racing to be seen in New Zealand. Falcon GT’s, BOSS Mustangs, Chevrolet Camaros, Chrysler Chargers, Holden Monaros and the giant-toppling Holden Torana’s are just some of the iconic muscle cars you’ll see racing over the weekend. And that’s not all, other categories competing over the weekend include Saloons, VCC, Sports and GT’s & Formula Libre. And in true Highlands’s style it’s not all about motor racing – Central Otago wines, fine food, good music and fashion from the eras will play a large part of the Festival of Speed again in 2015.

Friday is all about practice and qualifying, Saturday is a whole day of pure racing and Sunday is celebration day, the culmination of the weekend racing, including the inaugural ‘Here’s Tae Ye! Highland’s celebration of local food and wines, fashion music and fun for the whole family.
