In this hands-on, practical workshop Kara-Leah will take you through the detailed forty day process designed to help you shift on a psychological level so you can achieve your goals.

She will help you identify and work with the unconscious blocks that may be holding you back, using a variety of tools including meditation, breathing techniques and visualisation.

Learn how to discern between the ego/mind and the deeper, wiser part of yourself that knows. Once you start to get a sense of which part of you is talking, then you know who you should be listening to!

You will walk out of this workshop with a detailed strategy for creating lasting change in your life, including specific tools to deal with the inevitable obstacles and challenges that will arise along the way.

Plus you'll be part of a growing online community that supports you to take charge of your life and live it in a way that sustains, nourishes and nurtures you.
