This class will teach you how to make an effective gravity defying cake and apply it in many different designs. You will construct your own structure, make a gift box cake, and a dripped icing birthday cake, with both of them balanced on ice cream and candy. You will be supplied with diagrams for 7 other cakes using the same basic technique. Notes will be emailed to you after class.

Please note, this class is suitable for intermediate & experienced cake decorators with experience using fondant.
