About Heal Your Life: In the 1980s a woman called Louise Hay became an international phenomenon with her work on positive thinking, how to connect with what you truly want, and why what we say and think has such an effect on our daily lives. She wrote, lectured and taught what she had learned around the world and called the ideas “You Can Heal Your Life”.

She understood that how we live our life is often driven by a belief that we are somehow inadequate and this makes it very difficult for us to discover and act on what is best for us. And when we get to the point that we don’t know what we truly want or need anymore, deep happiness, peace and enjoyment of life just seem an impossible dream.
