Don't have bored kids these holidays... have clean and mean kids!
We are super excited to Annie Strachan, food and nutrition enthusiast, on board with us in The Foodlab.

"My passion is to educate your children about creating good nutritious food, which is fun to make and tastes great. Not only will they learn the basics in the kitchen, but also that moderation is everything when it comes to food and nutrition. Healthy eating and cooking should be a way of life and never a chore. I want to help kids explore the fun and exciting things you can do with food, whether it be trying to squeeze in as much chocolate as possible to my latest chocolate brownie, or exploring new and fun fresh ideas with vegetables. Clean and Mean".

Tues 29th Sept - sushi rolls & choc coconut crackle cookies
