Brewing to bottling: let us reveal the ancient secrets of Kombucha brewing. This two-hour class includes instruction on how to brew your own great tasting Kombucha at home. Learn about the first fermentation process and how choice of tea can help yield a great basic Kombucha, ready to drink on its own. Then discover the nuances of the second fermentation and how to confidently add your own flavours to bring a unique taste to each bottle. Scoby starter is included in fee.
