An exhibition of landscape painting by contemporary artist Yvonne Abercrombie will be on display in the ballroom of Mt Albert's historic Alberton house from Saturday 25th July to Sunday 9th August 2015.

The show 'Landscapes of Shaded Grey' features paintings produced by Yvonne in collaboration with photographer Michael Moxon, who captures remarkable images of South Island landscapes. An additional painting inspired by Moxon's work by artist Beverley Towns, will also be featured.

Works by all three artists are included in the exhibition and will be available for sale.

Yvonne is a graduate of Bachelor of Design and Visual arts from Unitec, currently undertaking an MDes in Painting there. She has exhibited in group shows at the Corban Arts Centre and Lopdell House. This is her second exhibition at Alberton.

The exhibition opening is on Saturday 25th July at 1pm.

Entry to the exhibition only is free. Admission to the house is $10 per adult/free for children.
