20 hours of training and learn what you need to know to be a skilled barista and make the perfect espresso beverage:

This course will be run over four weeks with training on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm to 8pm with a total of 20hrs of hands on training experience. upon completing the training you will be eligible for the 20-hour internship where you will be placed in a suitable cafe or restaurant environment to build your skill level.

Location: 150 Hobson Street CBD Auckland, Level 4 in the Lavazza training centre.

You will become acquainted with the equipment and learn how to extract perfect espresso in line with industry standards. You will practice the techniques of dosing, pouring and milk texturing to create a great tasting coffee.

Upon completion of this course you will receive a Lavazza Certificate, you will need to pass three components – practical, written test and the internship.
