The Presenter:

Tina was born in rural NSW Australia, a mother of three and married to a farmer, it was an unexpected career change that lead her to where she is now. Tina’s background was in marketing and advertising, working many careers including in federal politics before she decided to follow her passion. Knowing that taking pictures was how she could express her creative side, she started out like many others volunteering to carry bags for the local wedding photographer in town.

In 2011 she started her own business, with no clients or technical training she quickly became successful in her own right shooting weddings in and around Wagga Wagga, NSW as Peppermint Studios.

Now sought after for her not only for her photography style, but also for her instinctive abilities with people leading her to shoot large-scale weddings with as many as 1000 guests.

Tina would describe her style as photo journalistic and prefers to shoot in natural light, with a focus on capturing true emotions. Her style reflects her branding and is specific for the market she captures.

Winning a Gold and Silver award as an emerging member of the AIPP was just the start, her passion for her work has been rewarded with a highly successful business, one that continues to grow and develop.

This event has been made possible at this amazingly low rate due to the generous support of Tina for her time & knowledge and the NZIPP Canterbury/Westland region.
