Following multiple tours since 2011 of Live Live Cinema: Carnival of Souls and Dementia 13, Jumpboard Productions presents the next film ripe for the Live Live Cinema treatment: Roger Corman's The Little Shop of Horrors.

The original 1960 film is screened on stage whilst below and in front of the screen, the live soundtrack is created by 4 performers who re-voice the multiple on-screen characters in perfect lip synch whilst playing a new original musical score by Leon Radojkovic as well creating live Foley (sound effects).

The Little Shop of Horrors will still contain all the elements of our earlier successful works but will significantly up the danger and excitement of the live performance by merging the band, Foley and actors into one small ensemble that work together at breakneck pace to create the live soundtrack. Our Audrey will also be our pianist, Seymour will be on guitar and all other characters will be played by our drummer and our bass player. The Foley booth will be exploded out across the stage with sound effects now being generated by each and every performer.

The Little Shop of Horrors will be an engaging feat of brilliant musical and cinematic theatrics celebrating the multiple skills of the live performers as well as the original film. The stage dynamics will be dangerous and exciting in terms of the amount the company will have to achieve - this will be part of the attraction - "how do they pull it off!"

Live Live Cinema. Where will you look?

Featuring Marlborough's very own Tom Knowles.
