We'll meet at the Old Packhouse Market in Kerikeri for a coffee and a pastry. Grant guides us through the market and as we gather our ingredients and chat to the stall holders, we discuss the plan for the kitchen.

Then it is off to flourflower (4 km away) to learn more and prepare the feast from the food/produce bought at the market.

Once the cooking's done, it's time to sit around a long table, drink some local refreshments and celebrate by eating the freshest of food.

You'll finish the day with a folder of recipes, hints, tips and new market to table inspiration.

$95 per head. Includes all market shopping and refreshments with lunch. Have someone that only wants to come and taste the lunch you have prepared? $40 lunch only (1pm)
