Pilates was developed by a man (Joseph Pilates) for men!! So stop thinking it's only for women and find out how it can make your body function better and help prevent injuries.

This course provides a relaxed, non-threatening environment in which you'll work on:
- Stretching to increasing flexibility and release muscle tension
- Strengthening your back and abdominal muscles to help reduce pain
- Improving your quality of movement (so you're less likely to injure yourself in the future)

The class size is limited, to allow for personal attention.

Pilates is great for all ages and levels of strength and flexibility. All fitness levels are welcome. If you have an injury or any rehabilitative needs, this course may not be suitable. Please contact Paula (move@fluidformfitness.co.nz) to discuss whether this course is for you.

The venue is Anomaly Dance Studio, on the corner of Rangitikei and Wellesbourne Streets. Enter through the door on the left and head straight up the stairs.

Ultra comfortable Airex mats are provided, to support your body properly (no aching backs or knees). Your instructor, Paula, is a qualified Pilates mat instructor, with a passion helping people understand how their bodies move and improving how they move in their everyday lives.

The course runs for 8 weeks, on Thursday evenings from 6:20pm (September 24 - November 19; no session on October 8). Sessions last for one hour.
