Join us for a fun, engaging, practical, and connecting weekend where you will learn the fundamentals of how to communicate in a way that matches your values of kindness, respect, effectiveness, responsibility, authenticity, integrity and compassion.

This is a 8 module workshop that follows the principles and philosophy of nonviolent communication (NVC) as developed by Dr Marshall Rosenberg, and mindfulness from the Vipassana tradition.

Couples, parents, teachers, doctors, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and anyone who believes that how we communicate makes a difference will appreciate this practical and connecting approach to communication. Each module builds on the previous one to develop a internal map and structure that supports a clear understanding of the dynamics of relationships and communication.

Workshop facilitator Toni McErlane, has a Bachelor of Science in Counselling, 7yrs training and facilitating workshops in NVC and 12 yrs of mindfulness practice in jails, community groups, universities, NGO's and has a private practice supporting couples and professional communication. Her inclusive and nonjudgmental facilitation style provides a safe, connecting and fun learning environment.
