Trainer
Yvonne Anderson's entire career has been about the enhancement and development of other people's lives. She has worked with a full spectrum of people; from those who have overcome life-threatening illness to individuals at the top of their game.

Backed with a blend of nursing, coaching and adult training, she is completely and utterly passionate about working with individuals and teams to become more self-aware and more resilient to stress.

Having first hand experience of working with people in the last moments of their lives, she had learnt a ton about regret and purpose over the years. Yvonne was given the gift of the deathbed experience wisdom without having been there herself. She feels it is not only her passion but her calling to enhance the quality of the lives of people who come into her own life, to help instill a sense of calm and peace.

More and more Yvonne is finding that mindfulness coaching can change a fearful worried individual into a more compassionate, communicative, present individual and with that comes a true change in character and therefore life. She loves assisting people in this journey and witnessing the growth of a person happen before my very eyes. She knows that her clients are not a bunch of problems need fixing, they are the expert in their own lives and she simply assists them to get in touch with that expert within.

Yvonne migrated to Australia from the UK in 2004 with her husband and then to Wellington, New Zealand in 2009. She can pack up a house quicker than you can say “there's no place like home” and is no stranger to life change and the tenacity required to achieve any type of goal. Her extensive training, constant professional development and passion for helping people achieve their highest potential ensure that Safe Space Coaching is dedicated to helping you achieve yours.
