In this three-hour long workshop you will learn how to make haloumi, mozzarella and quark. You will be taught by Inacio Guimares, award winning cheesemaker at Hohepa and Chris van der Have of Farmhouse Kitchen.

All equipment and ingredients to make cheese are provided, and a beginners Italian Kit (valued at $39.90) from Mad Millie is included in the price. Just bring yourself, no prior experience is required. Light refreshments included.

You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some of your cheese home to show off!
