The skilled personnel of the New Zealand Defence Force (who deal with everything from conflict resolution to disaster relief) want to share with kiwi women the ways they’ve learnt to be resilient on the job – to help you achieve whatever you've set your sights on.

So whatever your next challenge - exams, a sporting comp, uni or even an interview - join us to learn the tactics that’ll help you come out on top.

Come along with your friends and whānau to discover a whole new side to the New Zealand Defence Force.

Throughout the day there’ll be free workshops where you can learn skills to strengthen your resilience from our NZDF experts.

You’ll also get the chance to chat to them, hear about their own experiences and find out what life in the Defence Force is really like.

Plus, you’ll get the chance to check out some of our most advanced vehicles and equipment.

Although you don’t need to register for these sessions, spaces are limited so it’ll pay to come along early to claim a spot. Check out the different workshops below.
