MacLean Fraser, Head Chef at Artisan Restaurant at the Bolton Hotel is passionate about nose to tail eating and will be joining us as our special guest chef on the 22nd.

In this class we will explore how to get the best out of offal. We will be cooking three different types of offal with MacLean before sitting down for dinner and a glass of wine together.

This is a hands on cooking class so be prepared to roll up your sleeves!
