The Food and Beverage Level 3 course will take you on a journey into the global world of hospitality utilising your newly gained beverage and customer service skill set. The importance of providing great customer service cannot be overestimated. During your time at PBRS you will practice barista skills to get you work ready, as well as food and beverage service skills to confidently step out in to the industry. The course will empower you to perform well in any given customer service environment. You will also learn the techniques in making great cocktails that keeps the customer coming back. Regular field trips to some of the top hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes are included throughout the course duration. (Subject to availability)
