This workshop is designed for Unity users who have some experience with Unity and C# programming. Some knowledge of the Unity Interface and some basic Unity concepts will be assumed. Basic knowledge of C# is also assumed.
Unity is a powerful game engine with many features to help developers make great games. In this workshop we'll take an in-depth look at some of the more complex features. We'll also explore some useful workflows to increase efficiency and control in an iterative development process.
Rus Scammell, Unity Product Evangelist, has been making games for more than 10 years. He owns Craft Colony, a game production & consulting company. Rus is a games technology generalist and takes a holistic approach to game development. He has been developing in Unity since 2009. Previously, he was Technical Art Director at Big Bad Robots and Senior 3D Artist at GameBrains. He lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
