Learn how to get back on your feet when life is out of control and falling apart. We have so many fears and worries: loneliness, money, failure, death, the future of this world and of our children. Left unchecked, these fears and worries can be overwhelming or even all consuming, leaving us ridden with anxiety, insecurity and depression.

Come and learn about Buddha’s method for transforming fear into fearlessness through investigating the source of this fear in our own uncontrolled mind. When we begin to recognize our uncontrolled states of mind and understand their nature, we can gradually turn these unhelpful attitudes into confidence and even courage.

The Teacher:
Kelsang Pagma is the Resident Teacher at Bodh Gaya Buddhist Centre. Pagma is a sincere practitioner who shares Buddha’s teachings with gentleness and warmth. She demonstrates how to transform life’s difficulties into the spiritual path inspiring others to do the same.
