As we crawl towards the end of winter and feel the warmer weather beginning to shine through now is the time to begin exercise like pilates to get our bodies and minds summer-ready. Pilates is fantastic way to learn how to move from your core, improve posture, injury prevention and rehabilitation and my favourite: body awareness!

In class you will spend 1 hour performing exercises that teach you to move your body intelligently to create optimal movement and stabilization. In pilates we work with stabilizing the core and lengthen and strengthen the muscles to create a toned and supple look as well as encouraging graceful movement in our everyday lives. Expect to work hard and have lots of fun!

I will provide props and mats but you are welcome to bring your own.
