For those who have completed Beginning Pilates and Pilates Essentials (or have similar Pilates experience), this course will continue to move you forward. For each series we will choose one Pilates exercise as our "challenge" exercise to improve upon or build towards, all while continuing to create balance, strength and flexibility.

The venue is DanceWorks, on King Street. Enter through the sliding doors next to Phixx Hairdressing.

Ultra comfortable Airex mats are provided, to support your back and knees properly. Your instructor, Paula, is a qualified Pilates instructor, with a passion for helping people understand how their body moves and improving how you move in your day-to-day life. Sessions can include the use of resistance bands, magic circles, Swiss balls and mini balls.

If you are concerned about an injury or any rehabilitative needs, please contact Paula (move@fluidformfitness.co.nz) to discuss whether this course is for you. Private one-to-one equipment sessions are also available. This course is not suitable during pregnancy; check out our specialised Prenatal Pilates sessions (Saturdays 12:30pm-1:30pm) instead!

Sessions at DanceWorks are held on a Monday at 7:20pm (August 10 to October 12). There are also two session options at Anomaly Dance Studio - Tuesdays at 7:30pm or Saturdays at 11:15am. 10% discount if attending more than one weekly sessions.

Registration is essential, as numbers are kept limited to allow for personal attention.
