These sessions are designed to help keep your pregnant body moving with ease. Each session includes breathing and relaxation techniques, pelvic floor exercises, along with gentle exercises to help your body progress through pregnancy and labour (and beyond!).

We focus on strengthening the shoulders and arms so that you can carry your baby (and baby paraphernalia!) with ease, strengthening and stretching the lower body to help with bending down and picking up, and stretching and strengthening your back to help you cope with the changing demands on your body.

Purchase a 6-session pass and then choose between the Wednesday morning sessions (10:45am til 11:45am) or Saturday lunchtime sessions (12:30pm til 1:30pm). Or you can come to both! Email Paula at to purchase your pass (payable by internet banking beforehand or with cash or cheque at your first session), and then simply book into your session times at least 24 hours in advance (space permitting). If you're unable to make your booked session, cancellations must be at least 24 hours ahead of the session.

"I love the Prenatal Pilates sessions! It is the highlight of every week and I always feel much more energized and flexible afterwards. It has helped ease back pain and has been very useful for breathing techniques. I recommend it to every pregnant women!" - Kim

"Prenatal Pilates meant for me a regular time each week where I was solely focused on my body and preparing for my baby. The exercises helped me to develop more body awareness, better breathing techniques and I found that I had more movement and less pain. I would recommend this type of gentle exercise for any women preparing their body for birth." - Felicity

Bring socks to wear and water to drink to each session. Strictly limited number of places in each session, to allow for personal attention.
