These sessions are designed to help keep your pregnant body moving with ease. Each session includes breathing and relaxation techniques, pelvic floor exercises, along with gentle exercises to help your body progress through pregnancy and labour (and beyond!).

We focus on strengthening the shoulders and arms so that you can carry your baby (and baby paraphernalia!) with ease, strengthening and stretching the lower body to help with bending down and picking up, and stretching and strengthening your back to help you cope with the changing demands on your body.

Purchase a 6-session pass and then choose between the Wednesday morning sessions (10:45am til 11:45am) or Saturday lunchtime sessions (12:30pm til 1:30pm). Or you can come to both! Email Paula at move@fluidformfitness.co.nz to purchase your pass (payable by internet banking beforehand or with cash or cheque at your first session), and then simply book into your session times at least 24 hours in advance (space permitting). If you're unable to make your booked session, cancellations must be at least 24 hours ahead of the session.

For those in their final 4 to 6 weeks, you can book casually, at a casual rate of $18/session.

No previous Pilates experience needed. If you have any medical issues, please contact Paula - move@fluidformfitness.co.nz - beforehand to ensure the course is safe for you to attend.

Paula is a qualified Pilates mat instructor, with additional training as a Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist.
