Dunedin’s Radio One 91FM are joining force with OUSA to present Australian reggae-pop band Sticky Fingers and New Zealand hip-hop artist David Dallas and the Daylight Robbery.

Sticky Fingers are self-described as “a melting pot of reggae, psych, pop and bourbon.” The group has earned comparisons to bands as diverse as The Arctic Monkeys and The Clash. They have also earned two ARIA Award nominations for their high-charting second album ‘Land of Pleasure’ in 2014. Their previous album, 2013’s ‘Caress Your Soul’, saw the group touring their home country of Australia and selling out every show, before embarking on a monster 32-date tour of Europe. Don’t expect their show to be a light-hearted affair; Sticky Fingers advise you to “surrender your dignity to your urges in the Sticky galaxy where psych, soul and rocking roots collide."

David Dallas is New Zealand's premier rap artist and a growing force in hip-hop worldwide. With the help of his electrifying live band, The Daylight Robbery, he will bring the sounds of his acclaimed third album Falling Into Place to Orientation this year. Local legends Dudstown Soundsystem will also provide support for the night.
