Join us for an evening with nutritionist/chef Sarah La Touche as she reveals all - about raw food and demonstrates several recipes.
In this class, Sarah will tell us about:
What's behind Raw and why it's good for you - enzyme function, polyphenols, fibre, vitamin & mineral status.
What are the pros and cons...
How much raw is ideal - seasons etc
Basic temperatures that delineate raw
Dehumidifyers and raw
Then to prove that raw food can be delicious, Sarah will demonstrate
- a raw soup,
- a raw Pad Thai,
- a dessert
and also a cracker.
You will enjoy tastings and take home the recipes so that you can recreate these dishes.
