Setting Boundaries In Your Life

What are you putting up with and why?

- How often do you say “yes” when you’d like to say “no”
- Do you find yourself pleasing people but compromising yourself?
- Are you being taken advantage of by partners, family, friends or colleagues?
- Do you put up with situations longer than you should?
- How do you answer someone when they want your time, love, energy, or money?

Benefits

Boundaries are like your own personal ground rules. They are essential to healthy relationships at home, work, when working with clients, or any circumstance. You don’t have to put up with situations that you don’t want to be in. Healthy boundaries mean you will have more freedom, confidence and happiness knowing that you can choose better options for you.

This workshop will focus on the importance of building boundaries and will benefit people who need help with setting boundaries at home or in the workplace. On completing the workshop, participants will:

- Recognise the importance of setting boundaries
- Gain knowledge, skills and ideas on how to set and maintain boundaries
- Learn some simple techniques

Cost: $95.00 including notes. Places are limited to 10 people.
